4-H Clubs in Walton County

Cherokee Riders Horse Club

A 4-H special interest club focusing on horse care and subjects related to the horse industry.  Members DO NOT need to own a horse in order to participate.   Membership is open to youth ages 8-18.

Naturally Balanced Homesteading

A community home school 4-H club, meeting in the North end of Walton County.  This is a hands on club that touches on a variety of subjects relating to a more self sufficient way of life.  Topics include but are not limited to gardening, canning, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial management, etc.

Minimum age—–8 years old by Sept. 1

Walton County Livestock

Club focus is a variety of livestock and animal projects.  Members will gain experience in proper care and management, showmanship, record keeping, and more!  Membership is open to all ages 5-18.

Arrows & Ammo

A 4-H special interest club with projects and learning events focused on shooting sports. Meetings are held at the Walton County Extension Office. Membership is open to youth ages 8-18.

This club focus is leadership, community service and exchange programs.  Membership is open to all ages 13-18.

4-H Masterpiece Art Club

This club will focus on art project involving painting, drawing, photography, and more.  Membership is open to all ages 8-18.

This club focus covers all aspects of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) computers, Legos, robotics, Arduino etc.

This club focus covers multiple topics and is an “In-School” 4-H Club.
