Cherokee Riders

A 4-H special interest club meeting in DeFuniak Springs. Projects focus on horse care and subjects related to the horse industry. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Walton County Extension Office. Membership is open to youth ages 8-18.

Dogs R Us

This is a special interest group focusing on dog care and training. Meetings are held in the North end of  Walton County . Meeting times 4:30 on the fourth Monday so please call if interested in joining us.

We are a fun group that LOVE our dogs and like to learn more about them.

HomeGrown Kids

A 4-H community club meeting South end of  Walton County. Projects vary according to interest. Meetings are held the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 2:30 @ the Walton County Coastal Branch Library. Membership is open to youth ages 5-18.

 Naturally Balanced Homesteading

A community home school 4-H club, meeting in the North end of Walton County. Meeting day is the fourth Monday @ 1:30. This is a hands on club that touches on a variety of subjects relating to a more self sufficient way of life.

Walton County Livestock

Club focus is a variety of livestock and animal projects.  Meetings are at the Extension Office the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30PM.  Membership is open to all ages 5-18.

This club works with Graphical Information Systems and Graphical Positioning Systems technology.  Meeting times and locations vary based upon planned activity.  Membership is open to those of middle school through high school.

A 4-H special interest club with projects and learning events focused on shooting sports. Meetings are held at the Walton County Extension Office. Membership is open to youth ages 8-18.

This club touches on all aspects of a healthy lifestyle, We introduce healty eating and physical activity, using games and activities designed by our 4-H council. This is a fun club, that focuses on educating and motivating the individual and family.  Open to any 4-H youth 5 yrs old and up.
